Aligned Actions Will Always Lead to Your Abundance

“The more you pour into things that make you feel worthy, the more you FEEL worthy.”

Let me explain.

How does it make you feel when you’re getting ready to go out, your hair and makeup are on point and you just know you look HOT!? Pretty damn good, right?

How about when you throw on a coat over your ‘work-from-home attire’ to go run some errands and you accidentally catch a glimpse of yourself in a shop window? I know I never get that “wow I look amazing” feeling; it’s usually the opposite.

The same can be applied to your money mindset.

So many of my clients share the same thoughts; that it’s easy for them to spend money on things that don’t add value to their life or, they may think it adds value but it’s usually in the form of instant gratification. For example, ordering $100 of food every week or impulse shopping.

But once that food is eaten, and the excitement of the shiny new item wears off, those feelings of shame and guilt relating to money come right back.

What so many women don’t understand is that the problem doesn’t lie in spending on things, it lies in not spending on things they feel worthy of.

Did you know that spending on things that aren’t aligning is actually a form of self-sabotage? Because how can you possibly manifest abundance, if your financial choices don’t align with the financial dreams you truly desire?

And, if you have the money to use towards more aligned choices, why spend it on things that don’t serve you? It’s almost a parallel mindset where you tell yourself it’s ok to hide behind these spending decisions or live above your means, but it’s not ok to spend on things that you actually deserve. It’s so much easier to self-soothe with food or retail therapy than it is to move into that house that you might desire.

THIS ALL COMES DOWN TO YOUR SELF-WORTH.

When we keep denying ourselves of the things we truly desire, we continue to shrink our self-worth and in turn, block our abundance.

Once you start realizing you ARE worthy of buying a new power-suit for your next meeting, or it’s OK to hire a house cleaner because you have a dream business to grow, that is when you will see a shift in both your money AND your mindset.

And that is how you start to FEEL worthy; by doing more and more things that you are worthy of.
